Warm honey light, dark pine and deep garnet run through the whole casino hotel, built low behind the first line of dunes.

Our signature restaurant works from the day's catch and the coast around it—Baltic herring cured and smoked in the shed behind the kitchen, cod, flounder, sour rye soup, potato dumplings and forest mushrooms from the pine woods inland. Smoked fish comes out warm all afternoon, the vodka is cold and Polish, and the room faces the sea a few steps from the casino hotel lobby.
